Operations Coordinator and Accounting
As the Operations Coordinator, Dorota Bugajska handles a wide range of administrative tasks, from accounting and payout requests to answering queries from customers and vendors.
Not only is Dorota highly organized, she’s excellent with numbers, having earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Kraków University of Economics in Poland. She’s also bilingual, able to converse in both English and Polish.
After working as an office clerk at a billing company in Northbrook, Dorota joined Jeremy Lew & Associates in 2012 and began co-managing the office with Mary Ann Lew. Together, they make sure paperwork from banks and title companies are ready on time, manage files, and provide payouts for suppliers or contractors.
Dorota loves the friendly, supportive, small office environment at Jeremy Lew & Associates, and how focused everyone is on their work.
“I do my best with every project, and I put my heart into everything,” she said. “The key is to be organized.”
Dorota and her husband have a grown daughter, and in their free time, like to watch classic movies.
