Robert Holubek

Project Manager

What Robert loves the most about his job as Project Manager is seeing something develop from an idea, to a design, to a beautiful space. He feels strongly that good design and architecture – such as the right combination of light and space in a room - can improve people’s lives and moods.
“I’ve seen how our final product can bring happiness to people, and that’s the most rewarding part,” he said.

Robert began his career studying civil engineering in his native Poland, and working at his family’s engineering firm. He started doing side jobs for the architects, and soon realized he enjoyed it more than his engineering work. So Robert began to study architecture, and focused on modern, small-scale, sustainable homes.

Shortly after moving to the U.S., Holubek joined Jeremy Lew & Associates in 1995. Over the years, he’s worked in every aspect of the business. Today, he manages all of the firm’s commercial and residential construction work. His job involves developing construction documents, designing and drafting, and coordinating the work with engineers and consultants. He also prepares estimates and proposals. Once the proposals are accepted, Robert lines up the workers, inspections, materials and everything else needed.

Outside of work, Robert enjoys spending time with his wife and son, playing outdoor sports, sailing, travel, reading and music.
